I am passionate about using data to improve development effectiveness. As a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with eight years of experience in international development, I specialize in the Asia region, project management, performance monitoring, performance and impact evaluation, and research in multiple sectors including Democracy and Governance, Human Security, Health, Education, and Environment. As a staff member of Social Impact (SI), I work on multiple projects where I have served as both the Team Leader, Senior Program Manager, and Evaluation Specialist. I hold a MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University (SAIS).
