Anais Hayes is an experienced professional with a diverse academic and professional background; with a strong foundation in the liberal arts and the STEM field, she is a strategic problem and collaborative problem solver in technical and operational challenges. As graduate of the George Washington University’s Elliot School of International Affairs, she holds a degree in International Affairs and Biological Sciences, with a focus on international development, contemporary cultures and communities, public health, molecular medicine, and bioinformatics. This untraditional path has made Anais adept at taking proactive and creative approaches to project development and management, research and evaluation, and business development with non-profit organizations, NGO’s, and governmental organizations, including the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Health Institution (NIH), Federal Department of Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the District of Columbia Department of Health and Department of Education. Through her academic and professional career, one theme has been consistent: Anais' commitment to and love of managing the research, development, and execution of large-scale projects so you don't have to.
