Senior leader as monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) advisor and staff member for USAID Implementing Partners/Contractors for 15 years. Work alongside community members, district managers, ministry leaders, practitioners, technical partners, and donors. Content background in international family planning, reproductive health, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, and health system strengthening.
