A post graduate in public health management from Institute of Health Management and Research (IHMR, Jaipur) and masters of population studies from International Institute of Population Sciences (IIPS), Anupam has more than 10 years of work experience in conducting and coordinating research, developing monitoring and evaluation designs for projects in the field of reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. She is currently leading the Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation; Policy Advocacy; External Communication at Marie Stopes India (now FRHS India). In her last assignment, she has worked with David & Lucile Packard Foundation as Research Associate, based in New Delhi office. She is responsible for executing program-related research projects, monitoring grant implementation and serves as key contact to the monitoring, evaluation, and learning component of the country grant-making strategy. In past, she has worked as part of Technical Support Group – NACO (National AIDS Control Organisation) for condom promotion in the country and with implementing agencies like Population Services International where she has also gained experience in programme management including designing program strategy, program implementation, partners management and new business development.
