Summary

My passion is for all components of the built environment to be made accessible to persons with disabilities in FULL Compliance to the Accessibility Law of the Philippines. I know Batas Pambansa Bilang 344 (aka BP344) or the Accessibility Law of the Philippines by heart. I work with both government and private institutions. I have been volunteering the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) since 1993 when it was still the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP). I have also held committee positions relating to Accessibility in the United Architects of the Philippines since 1993. I have been Accessibility Consultant to Designer of the World Bank Philippine Office. I have been Accessibility Consultant for British Council Philippines. I have been Accessibility Consultant for the Department of Energy, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through the Pasig River Ferry System, I am currently Accessibility Consultant for the U.P. System.
