Arnaud has over 12 years of experience as a political analyst, policy adviser, risk expert, and programme manager with the United Nations. His fields of expertise include: international affairs, crisis management, preventive diplomacy, peacebuilding and conflict resolution. He has served both in volatile environments (Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, the Balkans) as well as at headquarters. Prior to his work with the UN, Arnaud focused on human rights advocacy and the promotion of freedom of expression with the OSCE. Working in conflict areas has cemented his belief in the irresistible power of sports, including football, to build bridges between people and foster reconciliation. Arnaud is fluent in both English and French; he has a good command of Italian and has started to learn Indonesian.
