Over thirty years of experience managing development programs in the Middle East, South Asia, West Africa and the Caribbean. I partnered with civil society organizations (CSOs), local governments, community representatives, youth and women groups to implement social development, governance, rule of law and grant programs that led to improved services, institutional sustainability and collaborative partnership between CSOs, community representatives and local governments.
