Interested in internships and future career opportunities relating to consultancy, impact investing, and social entrepreneurship.
After finishing my BA in Spanish and Cultural Studies at Portland State University in March 2016, I decided to take time and discover what it was I wanted to do as an occupation. In an opportunity to discover another language and culture, I accepted an english teaching position in Elblag, Poland. I worked in this position for five months. During this time I mastered skills and practices earlier acquired during my internship with the Portland Timbers FC.
After hours of research and networking with professionals related to the field, I decided to pursue a masters in international development. After being accepted to the program at King's College London, I decided to move home from Poland to Spokane, WA where I continued to work as a barista during the visa application process.
Now having already completed my first semester at King's, I am more excited than ever to enter the realm of international development. I have been increasingly interested in consulting and public policies in relation to emerging economies. Social enterprises are also of extreme interest and their role within emerging economies. As I finish my masters at King's, I am improving upon my critical and analytical thinking through both practical projects, as well as writing assessments, in relation to real world problems found within emerging economies. I hope to combine this educational experience with my previous experience in project management, communication, marketing and evaluation.
I may be contact via email, email@example.com, or by cell phone, 074-2921-1911 with any additional questions relating to my skills and occupational history.
