I have recently relocated to Berlin, Germany.
As a Program Analyst for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development- Office of Public Housing I served in a diversity of roles. I acted as the Deputy Director of the Public and Indian Housing Risk Division, which required a deep knowledge of enterprise risk management, risk management, and business process analysis. I also served as the Chief Product Owner for a complex, agile IT System Development project. In this role I coordinated between program and IT staff and facilitated the identification and completion of project requirements.
During my time at HUD I completed complex qualitative and quantitative data analysis; prepared and presented briefings on complex programs at HUD leadership level; created financial and risk analysis tools; and created and conducted financial analysis, program management, risk analysis, and ERM training programs.
Before joining the Department of Housing, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Peru. Through this role I gained international experience in economic development, microfinance, project management, program development, and monitoring and evaluation.
