In my role as Programme Lead, I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programmes. This includes providing strategic guidance for partnership management, resource allocation, and networking with civil society and government at the national, regional, and international levels. As part of my duties, I ensure governance and institutional development by facilitating program development, making connections, and representing the organization. In my role, I offer guidance and support to a team of thirty individuals. I oversee program monitoring, project evaluation, and program management to ensure that everything runs smoothly. My extensive knowledge of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) enables me to implement effective gender mainstreaming policies and programs. Most importantly, I prioritize safeguarding measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all stakeholders within MJF and its downstream partners.
