The various roles I have held in my 20-year Financial Sector career have afforded me the ability to consistently demonstrate the following competencies; In-depth knowledge and practice of Financial Sector Policies and Financial Institution products, policies and regulations , Multi-stakeholder engagement, Problem Solving, Leadership and Sales Management. Interested and experienced in areas of Economic Empowerment/Financial Inclusion programs and strategies, SME-Access to Finance, emerging markets,Digital Financial Services, Global Health finance and over all Global Development. I am highly adaptive and able to deliver effectively within tight deadlines. Experienced and proven ability to work with senior management of governmental institutions, international donors, financial regulators, industry associations, banking sector and non-bank financial institutions. As a Cultural Mediator , I have lived and worked in developing countries in Sub Saharan West and East Africa such as Ghana, Burkina Faso, Côte D’Ivoire , Mali, Sierra Leone and Kenya and also have significant North American Business /Financial Sector Experience. I am available to work in Sub Saharan Africa. Very skilled in living and working effectively in environments with limited resources. Languages spoken are English, Akan (spoken in Ghana) and Functional French.
