Baridueh is a Medical Doctor with 6 years of experience in clinical medicine and International development
programs on HIV/AIDS and TB. He holds an MBBS from the University of Ibadan, an Msc Healthcare
Management from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom and currently running an MBA with University
of South Wales online. He is a member, Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM),
He has ability to express technical information in creative and simple manner with well-developed
observational, analytical, consulting and listening skills. He is highly motivated, adaptable, organized with
excellent management and communication skills. He is good at time management, multitasking and thinking
for change management. His core career objective is to bridge the gap of poor healthcare delivery by being
a change agent in strengthening the global south health systems. He has worked in public and private
health sector thus understands the Nigerian healthcare system.
Baridueh was a Senior Survey Data Collection Specialist in the Rivers region covering Rivers, Bayelsa,
Anambra, Imo, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom and Cross River states of Nigeria in the USAID sponsored Support for
Strategic Information and Project Management Systems (S4SIPMS) project implemented by US based
Devtech Systems Inc where the program assists the United States Agency for International Development
(USAID)/Nigeria Office of HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB) in meeting its strategic information and
program management needs as required by the Office of Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) and USAID. He
conducted Site Improvement through Monitoring Systems (SIMS) assessments in all PEPFAR funded sites
that implement HIV/AIDS and TB programs amongst the general population, Orphans and Vulnerable
Children, and Key population (MSM, IDU and FSW). He has assessed more than 170 sites (Hospitals, CSOs
and Government institutions) to improve quality standards. He did Capacity Building for Data Use:
Increase the capacity of implementing partner (FHI360, Abt Associates, Heartland Alliance International,
Chemonics, Health Initiatives for Safety and Stability in Africa (HIFASS), Society for Family Health,
Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) and Widows and Orphans Empowerment
Organization) to strengthen mission's capacity to utilize SIMS data, synthesize evaluation lessons and
analyze to determine policy implications hence improve quality management in line with the 90-90-90
He was a delegate at the recently concluded International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP) in Kigali,
Rwanda in November, 2018 were he improved his capacity on Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights.
