Summary

I am a mid-career applied economist in the field of development and public policy. I am results-driven and have a record of professional excellence and extensive fieldwork experience in multicultural contexts with experience in multilateral, bilateral international development agencies and NGOs in educational, labour and social policy, and aid coordination. I am currently an Aid Coordination Advisor at the Ministry of Finance in Djibouti as an ODI Fellow. I am in charge of providing sound policy advice and monitoring for pipeline and ongoing projects. I am also leading 2 strategic projects: (i) putting in place an IT system to track and analyse all aid flows into the country; (ii) setting up an aid coordination mechanism where donors and line ministers share and discuss information on current and planned aid interventions in the country.
