Caroline is a highly skilled and committed Grants and Finance Specialist with 13 years of experience in two International NGOs: African Forest Forum and World Vision Kenya. My key areas of competence include preparation and management of donor-funded project and institutional budgets, review of proposal budgets, review and monitoring of budget usage at the implementation stage, financial reporting for various donor funded projects, cash flow management, facilitation of institutional and project audit functions, coordination and facilitation of institutional partnerships and facilitation of donor communication.
