Experience based on more than 26 years acting in infrastructure projects management and regulatory issues in the public sector. The last 14 years focused on electric power and oil & gas. Also stands out the experience at environment issues, related to infrastructure projects, mainly in power generation dams and transmission lines, as well, wind and solar power plants and biofuels. As a member of the Board of Directors of electricity sector companies and other collegiate organs, such as Merchant Marine Fund (CDFMM) and Brazil's National Environment Council (CONAMA), acquired valuable experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance and Risk Management. Along my career I`ve been leading teams, some with more the 100 engineers and architects or small ones with 10 people, which is one the of my best skills. I still have experience with international organizations as Assistant Director – Support for the Restructuring of Energy Sector Program of UNDP - United Nations Development Programme and Director of Energy Sector Technical Assistance Project – Projeto ESTAL (World Bank) representing the Minister of Mines and Energy, As Energy Infrastructure Director on Federal Government during more than 8 years, I have Strong familiarity with energy sector and government institutions in Brazil.
