My career continues to evolve. I started in engineering, transitioned into sales and then co-operated a small business in Southern California. Having always wanted to go on a proper "around the world" travel experience, I booked a one way ticket and departed in February 2014. I traveled Europe, Asia, and a bit of South America for 10 months and found an opportunity to work as an independent operations consultant in Cambodia. I am currently helping companies in developing countries achieve their sales goals by deploying and embedding problem focused (rather than solution focused) sales training and coaching. I envision my career transpiring into career/professional coaching long term. My current focus is to continue to build a diverse portfolio of experience that tee's me up for having a unique edge in the coaching market space: a combination of corporate, cultural, international, and cross functional experiences.
