Limbani Chavi combines technical capacity in Business and Marketing Development, Village Savings and Loans, Environmental Management, Institution Capacity Building, food security and agriculture with proven experience designing and implementing initiatives in ruler areas. He worked with Project Concern International (PCI) manage Balaka district under NJIRA Project with proven strategy to increase mindset of farmers in Agribusiness in value chains of Cow peas, Groundnuts, Pigeon peaS, chicken and goat. He was also responsible for providing related agribusiness capacity building trainings to producer groups and Agribusiness Agents in Balaka district. Previously, Limbani managed 120 VSL community agents and 789 Village Savings Groups and was also responsible in Business and marketing interventions within the four value chains of the program: Rice, Cassava and Small Livestock in Nkhotakota districts with Land O’Lakes International Development Division under Malawi Food For Progress project. Environmental initiative project at Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) as Community development Coordinator, Salima AIDS Support Organization), as Youth and Gender Assistant Officer. His academic background in Community Development in additional skills in planning and operations along with appropriate approach to identifying and navigating entry points for projects.
