Chimdindu is a result oriented professional with strong capacity and experience working in teams to develop and implement solutions for organisations. He brings a strong and diverse experience that cuts across monitoring and evaluation, strategy, policy development, Agribusiness and a sound knowledge of the Nigerian power sector. He has worked in The Bureau of Public Enterprises with roles spanning Post privatisation monitoring and evaluation, Power, Labor, Strategic planning and IT. He worked with a team of BPE and NERC staff to develop a joint post privatisation monitoring template for the power sector. He was also among a team of three who developed a new spreadsheet based template with KPI weighting system for the assessment and evaluation of monitored enterprises in the Bureau. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering; and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering where he specialised in Microelectronics from the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) The Netherlands. While at TU Delft, he took special courses on sustainability and technology in sustainable development; he conducted his thesis on ‘The optimisation of hydrogenated micro crystalline silicon solar cells’ using the ASA simulator. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he completed the Agribusiness Management Program and is currently in his second year, rounding up his Executive MBA program from the same institution.
