Summary

I am an attorney and ethics/policy consultant based in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, with backgrounds in the rule of law, human rights, and immigration policy. My scholarly articles have been selected to appear in publications including the Law and Development Review and the International Journal of Refugee Law, and I have presented my research at universities such as the London School of Economics and Cambridge University. My education includes a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Tulane University, a J.D. and LL.M. with Distinction in Transnational Law from Temple University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Loyola University New Orleans. During my graduate studies, I have held fellowships through the Center for Ethics and Public Affairs at Tulane and the Adam Smith Fellows program at George Mason University's Mercatus Center.
