Claudette Russell has over 30 years of experience in the federal Public Service of Canada, including 10 years at the executive level. The experience covers a range of public policy issues that focus on lifelong learning, with special attention to Indigenous K-12 and post-secondary education. She was instrumental in developing an education policy framework for First Nation education in Canada. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience in creating and managing effective teams. She now provides consulting services on public policy issues focusing on the Caribbean. She has a background in statistical analysis and research which has helped her to translate evidence into advancing public policy issues.
