Summary

An international analyst, I am able to produce and manage client- and policy-relevant programs, research and data. I can mobilize additional expertise and apply innovative tools and technologies depending on the assignment context. My personal interests are in innovation, higher education and research policy for sustainable development. I have experience in action-oriented research, business development and partnership building, program management, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing and proposal reviews. My recent work has specifically targeted research and knowledge systems, research capacity building and research excellence, and innovation in development programs, among others. In March 2018, I initiated and directed GDN's Annual Conference on 'Science, Technology and Innovation for Development' that attracted 250 participants from 36 countries in New Delhi, India. Strong taste for multilateral coordination, teamwork and creative ideas. Passionate in music and technology.
