Colette McInerney brings a unique synthesis of skills gained through 20-years' experience in leadership roles as Country Director for a global NGO, CEO of a new Indigenous financial inclusion foundation, and as a strategic public-private partnership manager.
During her NGO career, Colette has worked with communities in Laos, Cambodia, Timor Leste, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, and Australia's first nations.
Colette's management style is collaborative, open, friendly, productive and effective. In her work with NGO's, Colette has lead and managed highly competent teams across diverse programming sectors; overseen multi-million dollar budgets; and developed best practice programs that are codesigned with and responsive to, community needs, meet organisational and partner objectives and are underpinned by rigorous governance.
As a highly skilled and effective key partnership manager, Colette leads and manages collaborative strategic relationships internally and externally resulting in both mutually respectful and beneficial relationships that secure funding.
