Expertise in the management of monitoring, evaluation and research projects with expertise in large and complex mixed-methods studies. Experience with developing baseline, end-line and mid-term evaluations using standardized and deNovo data collection tools for international and local projects. Skills for developing monitoring and evaluation systems using results based management strategies to track project outcomes. Specialized skills for developing and managing both qualitative (focus group discussions, key informant interviews) and quantitative (surveys using paper, computer-assisted, or e-survey tools as well as metadata capture) evaluations including methodological design, tool development, database development and management, data analysis (NVivo, SPSS, Excel) and dissemination of results.
