I graduated from Bowdoin College last spring, where I studied Neuroscience and Government and Legal Studies and played lacrosse. I am now looking for a position in development. I am particularly interested in development entrepreneurs, organizations using behavioral economics for development, and organizations on the cutting edge of development where I can gain a systemic understanding of one or more development areas. I am seeking a fast-paced environment where I can learn about development and push its front lines forward.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to feel and encourage the confidence of those around me and to quietly lead a team toward a common goal. I have experience leading a team of interns in impact evaluation for a microfinance organization operating in East Africa, which entailed extensive data analysis and production of communications materials, and I have collected field data in the Peruvian Andes for a community development project.
