Out of my 13 years’ background dealing with accounting, finance, administration & human resources, I’ve spent 9 years of progressive experience within Abt where I performed various tasks and responsibilities, and held different positions that build me up in my actual position of Operations Director. As a key personal, I was involved in the management of three projects, with an emphasis to guarantee best practices regarding Abt and donor's procedures and policies. I closely work with the Chief of Party and technical leads, and always committed to solve management issues and take critical decision. I used to attend to the technical meetings for sharing experiences and point of view to achieve of projects objectives. I am oriented team building and spirit, decision making and problem solving, my educational background, my strong experience in finance, budget, procurement, reporting and skilled in some IT aspects of the projects is a valuable asset in leading team.
