Ekpo Doris Chidimma is a hardworking, self-motivated and highly skilled epidemiologist with six years’ experience in the delivery of quality HIV/AIDS, TB/HIV, PMTCT/EID, OVC, Family planning, Logistics Information Management and HIV testing services both in the community and facility level. She began her public health career, which has been progressive, as a volunteer data entry clerk with Family Health International (FHI 360), an international non-profit organization focused on improving lives. Currently, she functions as the TB/HIV referral coordinator in FHI 360 Nigeria’s Cross-River State office, a role in which her excellent technical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills comes to bear.
She also possesses other certification in leadership and management in health, role of public health in humanitarian crises, epidemiology for global health and fundamentals of implementation science. She has participated in, and facilitated many trainings and capacity building sessions. Her significant experience in monitoring and evaluation has come with strong data collation and analysis skills
She is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, able to carry out Data Quality Assessment, Continuous Quality Improvement, and use the Retention Audit Determination Tool. She is highly skilled in problem solving and creativity with a passion for organizational development, which ultimately contributes to national, continental and world development. She is proficient in English language.
