With an academic background in law, economy and public administration I worked for 20+ years on strategic planning, organizational development, resource mobilization, project cycle/results based management for OSI, OSCE, WorldVision, INTERNEWS and the UN.
I contributed to the United Nations Partnership for Sustainable Development Framework Document 2016-2020 and the United Nations Development Assistance Framework 2011-2015; to the development of annual fundraising plan for Internews in 2013, raising 1000000 EUR in project grants; founding Georgian Coalition for Child and Youth Welfare in 2012; developing the UNODC National Country Program for Georgia in 2011; UN/WB Georgia Joint Needs Assessment 2008; Georgia Labour Law Reform since 2007; development of anti-trafficking and migration legislation since 2003.
I collaborated with counterparts from civil society, business, academia, government, workers' and employers' organizations, on project planning and design, monitoring and evaluation, institutional capacity development, recruitment, training, facilitation of knowledge exchange, fundraising, communication, advocacy.
