Led impact assessments of programs of namely in the energy and water sector (partly donor-funded program) for the AfDB and Portuguese Ministry of Economy.
Worked with economic modelling at the Portuguese Ministry of Economy, where I had four Director Positions, and also developed econometric estimation models for GDP and industrial product in Angola. Worked in Angola for the UNDP in the Decentralization Program.

Excellent writing skills both for academic and practitioners journals along with the drafting of reports and proposals.
