I am a young diplomat and graduate from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC), political analyst, youth leader and a development worker with more than seven years of community service. As President and Co – Founder of the BONGNJO FOUNDATION, a civil society organization engaged in good governance, conflict prevention,community development and democratic processes in Africa, my vision is to contribute in building a society that prioritizes good governance, human security, human rights and the peaceful resolution of conflicts. I seek to understand national, regional and global factors which influence sustainable development generally and democratic processes in Africa. My interest is to work for an african continent that prioritizes its development and mentoring of leaders inter se with strategic human resource policies crucial to improving leadership by enhancing the quality of public services offered to users. My knowledge, skills and capacity are geared towards engaging with high profile government agencies, intergovernmental institutions as well as Civil Society Organizations to contribute in the development of the African continent. I am also a 2016 and 2017 Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) finalist.
