Finally leaving in an age in which organizations go liquid and adaptive leadership adjusts to the complexities of human interactions. Learning and sharing from a professional life spent in 3 continents and 7 countries. Adding perspectives, aiming at inclusiveness of voices, creating currents of thoughts and minds alike with peers, colleagues and strangers. Caring about people more than machines. Making sense of development without necessarily aspiring at the common sense. Pushing the boundaries of what can be done in crisis and post conflict dynamics, morphing posture of partnership but not the essence of a value set carried over from a simple and multi-ethnic family life. As I preserve the code of my origins and an education acquired across European universities, I commit to keep our planet a wonder. I look at people in the eyes and talk languages with a rhythm that has the scent of my purpose and intents. I move hands to unfold contextual frames and inside me the fire of passion for what I do, I like to think, remains stronger than the occasional flames I encounter in my journey.
