15+ years of government, private sector, and non-profit experience partnering with national and local-level governments, as well as multinational organization and non-government partners in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Demonstrated capability through numerous awards and recognition for helping partners plan, organize, execute, and monitor at the tactical, strategic, and policy levels for conflict, post-conflict, and conflict-avoidant engagements in near-peer, hybrid, and insurgent contexts. Also substantively educated and adept at applying qualitative and quantitative data analysis to evaluate engagement outcomes and impact; currently improving my ability to advise on applications of big data analysis, to include AI approaches, to better inform planning as well as monitoring and evaluation.
