My experience of Development Sector started in April, 2007 as a Field Monitor, Directorate of Monitoring and Evaluation, FATA Secretariat. In 2009, I started working as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with Wish International a Non-Government Organization, Implementing Partner with UNHCR Peshawar for Refugee Affected Hosting Area (RAHA), a One UN Program. The program contributed to the up-gradation of Primary Education System and refurbishment of Health and WASH Facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. I also have worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Post Crisis Need Assessment- Implementation Support Unit-Governance Support Project (GSP) for Federally Administered Tribal Areas, funded by the World Bank and Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF). My last experience was with Center of Social Innovation, University of Peshawar, as Volunteer Monitoring and Evaluation Lead Thanks to the numerous courses, training's and workshops, I have gained experience in Monitoring, Evaluations, Project Life Cycle, Project Performance, Concept Note and Budgeting, Strategic Communication, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Questionnaire Designing, Data Collection, Data Triangulation, Baseline & End-line Surveys, Survey Spot Checks and Data Verification and Cleaning.
