I have over 12 years of professional experience in the development domain attained by working with several successful projects and held responsible posts in many projects/programs.
As a programme planning, designing, monitoring, evaluation, data analysis and management professional that have been acquired in a career spanning over 12 years of management and consulting experience working in international development programmes and projects in Asia and Africa in the field of governance, environment and climate change, education, social development, health, crisis prevention and infrastructure, I specialized in strategic planning, programme designing and management, developing and executing grant ideas, developing and implementation of monitoring and evaluation system, result based management, result oriented reporting and capacity building through trainings.
Being a key team member in designing and developing project and programme documents for recovery and stabilization, peace building, governance, crisis prevention, environment and climate change, I contributed in designing and developing theory of change for scaling up the environment and climate change project in Northern Pakistan, recovery and stabilization project in Jonglie State – South Sudan by integrating cross cutting thematic areas like provision of basic services to IDPs and vulnerable communities, Revitalizing the local economy and Strengthening peace and governance by mainstreaming gender responsive mechanisms.
My chief strengths include strong and coherent communication, authoring presentations, leading and building team work. I have some experience in requirements elicitation, analysis & specification processes as well. I am also a very strong collaborator in unstructured environments and flexi-teamwork.

My research and analytical skills have been used for producing thematic studies. The multicultural exposure puts me at ease with networking and advocacy within any cultural setting with the ability to connect with communities and officials for capacity building, performance management and accountability. Over the course of this period I have experience of working in tribal and remote communities of Pakistan and South Sudan.
