His responsibilities include, but not limited to •Deliver & Monitor business sales budgets, targets, strategies and financial objectives •Drive and actively manage the sales team and sales through distribution network based on strong local market knowledge •Provide sales and market support to sales team •Direct involvement with customers and management of key accounts •Carry out marketing activities, in accordance with the local and regional strategies •Ownership for internal product procurement and forecasting processes• Ensure all sales activities are according to lawful and ethical standards •High level business acumen •Trade investment & Pricing, Shopper insight, and customer facing •Identify and exploit sales and promotional opportunities •Producing and Reviewing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Sales and Performance Reports •Maintaining an accurate database •Financial reporting, Plan, design and develop implementation tools •Make operational plans for businesses •Coming up with evidence based market and sales reports •Managing operations and strategies that meet current market dynamics •Make credible communications tools and strategies •Develop business expansion ideas and roadmaps Felix’s experience also includes Facilitating workshops and conferences, budgeting, appraising, assessing and managing of projects, coordinating and supervising works and operations, as well as capacity building among team members, and monitoring and evaluating of programs and projects. He is able to successfully work alone and as part of a team and has proven leadership skills, including team building and motivating team members to achieve company goals. Felix is keen on using own initiative and an efficient communicator at all levels within an organization/company.
