Currently postgraduate researcher in international trade law, intellectual property politics and access to medicines at the University of Leeds, working towards a PhD in Law examining political economy tradeoffs in trade agreements. Also representing the broader interests of NGOs working on access to health technologies and medicines as NGO Alternate Board Member of Unitaid.

Co-editor of the 2013 book Drug Law Reform in East and Southeast Asia. Visited 5 U.S. cities, invited by U.S. Department of State on the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) (individualised) on HIV, Pharmaceuticals, and Global Governance, including Scott County, Indiana, at the height of the HIV epidemic. International experience includes attending meetings spanning the globe, including speaking at the United Nations (Geneva) on criminalisation of drug use and resulting instability, and Trans-Pacific Partnership trade negotiations (Auckland, Singapore).
