Graduated from the State Medical School in Haiti, I went successively to University of Michigan School of Public Health for Epidemiology and Statistics, John Hopkins University for Strategic Communication in HIV/AIDS, Harvard University for Health Sector Reform, Sustainable Financing and Decentralization. I am a Public Health practitioner with extensive experience in Service Organization, Health Governance, Leadership and Management focusing on Performance based approach for which Haiti is recognized worldwide as one of the pioneers. My areas of expertise and in-depth experience is also Strategic Leadership Planning and Development in addition to technical project management for HIV-STI and TB, Child Survival, Reproductive Health Family Planning, and Behavior Change Communication – Community Mobilization components, Policy, Norms and Protocols formulation with a special attention to Performance management and Results monitoring. I have very good knowledge and experience with US Government regulations, have served as the Chair of PANCAP and COHSOD as well as Member of the Global Fund board in Geneva representing Latin American and Caribbean region fighting against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. I received several local and international distinctions, such as Harvard Health Leader 2013.
