Germán Garavano is currently the minister of justice and human rights of Argentina, a post he has held since 2015. Minister Garavano studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Santa María de los Buenos Aires and received his postgraduate degree from the Instituto de Derecho y Economía de la Universidad Carlos III. Mr. Garavano has done extensive academic work across Latin America in the field of judicial reform and is the author, co-author, and editor of various books and articles on different aspects of the judicial system.
