Dr. Soriano is a senior-level public health professional with 20 years
focus in Monitoring and Evaluation, research, Family Planning, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Support, reproductive and maternal child health and Youth Education. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in USAID projects as LAC Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, Chief of Party of Family Planning and Maternal Health, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Support, Youth Education and life skills approach.
Dr. Soriano also had experience working as consultant for UNDP, World
Bank, WFP, the Inter-American Development Bank, Consultant firm and nongovernmental organizations. Also experience in human resource management using PI approach; designing studies: surveillance, case-control, cohort, clinical trials,
surveys, qualitative and quantitative studies with almost 40 national and international publications.
