Good knowledge of EU project cycle management, procedures; good understanding in community-based poverty reduction post relief strategies and development including LRRD (Linking Recovery, Rehabilitation & development) programmes, capacity of poor communities and participatory based approach. Significant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) missions (EU- Result Oriented Monitoring) applying the standard parameters which refer to the five evaluation criteria endorsed by the OECD-DAC (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact), and to the EC-specific evaluation criteria (EC added value and coherence). Appropriate Overall Project coordination programme/project planning, management and implementation; assistance and arrangement of backstopping missions; support to procurement process; preparation of workshops and training programs events; preparation of term & progressive reports, BTOR, and prearrangement of hand over procedures. Upright experience in feasibility, field survey & assessment studies, identification of intervention options that support lives and livelihoods to cope with food insecurity; project proposal design and preparation for donors; Worthy experience in participating in multidisciplinary team to assist governments of developing and transition countries in the identification and assessment of PRSP processes; Comprehensive work experience in sensitizing Governments, non-state actors, top decision-makers and planners, etc. in poverty reduction and alleviation plans and programmes; Income generation: Productive coordination assistance (through stakeholders’ consultation) to key actors (public and private sector, NGOs) for joint planning and solid working partnership in Value Chain approach; gender, disabled inclusive & youth empowerment programmes. Preparation of MoU, LoA and contracts for service providers.
