My Name is Hanadi Ammari, Jordanian, 40, English and Arabic Native speaker, Senior Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in, Development, Humanitarian Aid and disaster Mitigation, between Middle east and North Africa Conflict areas.

Since May 2011, I’ve been working and engaged heavily in Libya as a Chief of party/Senior Program Manager, Institutional Development & Capacity Building, Grants Management Consultant/Advisor for different, International and Local governmental institutions, including: Libyan Interim Governments of Abdullah AlThini, Libyan Interim Governments of Ali Zeidan, Libyan Interim Governments of Abdullah Alkeeb, Libyan House of Parliament HOP, Libyan General National Council GNC, Libyan National Transitional Council NTC, Constitution Drafting Assembly CDA, National Dialogue Preparatory Commission, Higher National Electoral Commission HNEC, UNDP, UNSMIL/EU/EC, US State Department MEPI Program, Arab, European, Canadian, USA Diplomatic missions to Libya, as well as International and National Civil Society organizations Like Idea International, International Management group IMG, Creative Associate International, Crown Agents, Club de Madrid, Canal France International, American Bar Association ABA, SEDA, Swiss Embassy Funds, NDI, Members of the Tunisian Constitution Drafting Assembly and more, on Project Management, development and design, Monitoring and Evaluation, strategic planning, Fundraising and Grants Management, Advocacy, stakeholder management, events planning and coordination, team management, Capacity building, etc. Position included: Institutional Development & Capacity Building Consultant to: the Minister of Education in the current Interim Government, Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Ali Zeidan Gov., Minister of Culture, Media and Civil society in Ali Zeidan and Abdullah AlKeeb Gov., Advisor to many GNC members.

Throughout my work in Libya and before in Sudan, Darfur, Tchad, Ethiopia, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, and with excellent leadership and management skills, I always managed to establish an excellent professional relation with senior political and civil society figures and institutions and acted as an advisor to them in most cases. As well as building bridges between donors and local civil society organizations through raising the capacity of the CSO’s, develop and design projects, raised funds and grants managements on behalf of the donors in most cases.

During my work with the UN Security Council Panel of Expert to Sudan 2009, I managed to immediately get the attention of the head of the panel, that he started delegating tasks out of my Job Description as a Consultant, where he delegated me to conduct meetings alone with different high officials in the Sudanese/ Chadian/ Ethiopian authorities and from the oppositions, and contributed extensively in drafting the final report.

Since July 2014, I was evacuated from Libya due to the security situation and since then I began coming to Tunis so often to conduct meetings, workshops and as of May 2015, I moved to Tunis on a temporary basis doing some consultancy jobs for Libya.

I might not have a higher education degree, but I have competed during my work experience with PHD candidates and I have always proved to be an excellent choice of the employer.
