Skills set: collaborative problem solving; clear verbal and written communication; rapid assessment; strategic situational analysis; KEY QUALIFICATIONS  Fluent in French, and English and Haitian Creole; excellent writing skills in all three.  Highly experienced mediator and training specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with national and international organizations in Haiti and Ivory Coast;  Trains CSO leadership in conflict resolution and advocacy in marginal neighborhoods, leading to the creation of a network of mediators to serve their communities;  Well-regarded for work at the local and international levels due to significant success achieved on donor-funded projects;  A strong background in, capacity building, community and organizational development and training coordination, with an extensive experience working with community groups and government authorities in Haiti;  Able to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute actions that facilitate dialogue and lead to interactions between community groups and state institutions;
