I am qualified HR professional having more than ten years of comprehensive Human Resources/ Operations management experience in complex and multi culture environment, possessing excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Being part of development and then Corporate sector, I have worked with different national and International development organizations and have proven track record of leading the team and supporting Management in managing around 1000+ staff members at different phases of projects which includes Relief, early recovery, rehabilitation and later on Development at Country Office and field offices level.
The positions that compose my employment history and formal education have exposed me to take lead and took decisions in best interest of staff and organization. In return it has made me knowledgeable in areas, but not limited to talent acquisition & retention, performance management, HRD, employee relations, HR operations, staff compensation & benefits, administration and supervision of staff, managing operational matters, handling difficult situations and coordination with stakeholders.
In my recent role I am managing HR Administration of five countries including, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Fiji, Timor Leste and Papua New Guinea.
