I conduct survey research, vignette studies, and experiments with a focus on survey and experimental design, RCT approach, questionnaire development and pretesting, and evaluation implementation. I have strong interests in gender and the labor force, international development, and program evaluation utilizing robust statistical analyses and both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
As a student activist, I engage in community service learning and volunteer as a representative of a graduate student advisory council. Off campus, I enjoy outdoor adventures. I speak Chinese, English, Spanish (and a little French and Italian), and always seek to improve my language skills.
As a research professional, I apply effective language and visualizations to translating research into practice for diverse audiences. I adapt quickly to changing trends and am flexible to work in different fields and functional roles.
*I am authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
