Masters Degree in Development Economics and BA (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning; Over 35 years experience in urban and regional planning, disaster risk management and climate change, on both short and long term assignments in Asia and Pacific, all in multi-national and multi-cultural projects (with over 13 years as a Team Leader); Project experience with a wide range of agencies including the ADB, UN, EU, Danida, DANCED, AusAID, DFID and World Bank.
