My career started with computers and has followed the path towards delivery of the greatest value and need, to software and business applications, then to process and procedure re engineering, project management, system integration, change management and finally I have overcome the challenges of these levels and have had to grow to addressing strategy and people management issues.
My current role as Head/PMO for FIRS, manages multiple automation programs and enterprise change management in line with the FIRS modernisation plan. The PMO has over 20 full time and 50 transient project specific staff. The programs impact the entire service and are critical to national development.
My previous roles in HR, country management, business development, project management, solution selling, sales and marketing in top management or leadership positions since 1988 (30 years) give me confidence that I will deliver value wherever I am placed.
