I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with my baccalaureate degree in Psychology and Political Science. As a psychology major, I've always been fascinated by one big question, "What’s the key to solving life’s problems?". My whole life has been consumed by attempting to understand the nature of life's problems. I see this as rearranging puzzle pieces or putting things in proper order. This concept is why I want to get into law. I have taken various courses in both psychology and political science. I believe both of these social sciences mesh quite beautifully for my career goals. Influencing people is pointless if you don't understand their mind and behavior. Currently, I attend American University Washington College of Law where I am a first-year law student. At the moment, I am mainly interested in the Human Rights sphere of International Law. Life, however, is unpredictable so I want to keep an open mind. As long as I am helping make the world a better place, it's smooth sailing for me.
