Experience in conceiving, designing, planning, implementing, supervising, budgeting, managing of development and health programs in active/post conflicts environments, human capacity development, work planning, donor’s relation, contract, grants compliance with USAID,CDC,WHO,UNICEF,Global Fund requirements, monitoring and evaluating, project managementand Leadership, HR, Finance and Budget, capacity building, health system strengthening and technical assistance, quality assurance and improvement.
Possessing advanced strategic management skills with a technical and programmatic approach to healthcare services. Promote public health best practices, evidence based interventions, high treatment coverage; differentiated models of care, multi-month drugs dispensation, VL scale up,Community based follow up team for adherence and retention to care, bidirectional linkage (community, patient, facility) to care and treatment .Enabling multi-cultural teams to produce long-term sustainable programs and developments. Up- to-date on international public health, national and provincial issues, district and local government systems and practices.
Involved in data analysis approach, results oriented and target approach. Overseeing the reporting and M&E function of projects and programs( use of Tier.Net and review DATIM reports). Focus on improving access to and quality of priority health services, and increasing community demand for priority services with the aim of better clinical and public health outcomes .Managed to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity, increase viral load uptake and suppression in supported districts, implementing Differentiated Model of Care in DRC, Burundi, Zimbabwe under EQUIP Project centrally funded by USAID Washington in 18 countries.
