Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist who holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Economics, Master of Arts Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics as well. I possess over 10 years experience in monitoring and evaluation with various international development agencies implementing project funded by leading donors like USAID, DFID, EU, ECHO, Irish Aid and various UN Agencies.
I am experienced in handling activities that include but not limited to designing of logical frameworks, indicators, data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative) as well as conducting data analysis and report writing. I am experienced in conducting baseline, midterm and end term evaluation as well as impact studies for various projects. In addition I am also experienced in learning activities which include documentation of success and most significant change stories and lessons learnt.
I am experienced in implementation of project that includes food security and livelihoods, HIV/AIDS, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and HIV/AIDS. I am literate in a number of statistical analytical packages which include SPSS, CSPro, E-Views and STATA.
