Mr. Jean Didier Nacoulma is a Gender mainstreaming Expert with more than 18 years of professional experience providing strategic and innovative technical and managerial direction and assistance within multi-year and multi-component projects aimed at alleviating poverty, improving food security and livelihoods through integrating gender into value chains towards improving agricultural productivity, promoting market-oriented agricultural growth, natural resources management and empowering women and communities to plan and manage their own development. These experiences have been gained within the Public, International Development Cooperation, NGO, Rural and Private sectors, principally in Burkina Faso and scaled-up with experiences from West Africa (Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire-Senegal, Benin, Togo, Niger) and East Africa (Tanzania-Kenya and Mozambique).
