I am currently a master of the payroll system Burundi as well as in Central African Republic where I am currently seconded. I have been able to produce off pay when the system was down due to collapse of the server.

I have received many trainings in leadership such as management essentials, bulletproof manager, four domains of leadership, etc. this increased my competencies in working with people with different diversities and how to deal with people's behaviors and attitudes.

I am strong in information systems management (our people, online recruitment, PAF, payroll), I was even called o support other national offices when I finished the establishment of the people system in the country. I was called to Senegal and Currently in Central republican Africa to reactivate the HR information systems that are down.

I have received training and certification in Job evaluation methodology with use of HAY guide chart and salary review implementation; therefore, I am part of committee that evaluate new jobs in the national office.

Since 2011, I am responsible of conducting recruitment of local staff as well as international assignees. I have received various training to leverage this capacity of talent acquisition. I am certified "Black Belt" on internet recruitment, an online course that is organized by social talent association targeting future generations from multinational corporations.
Staff care competencies
I have been trained in critical incident stress management, being part of peer support team; I have been practicing skills in providing psychological first aid to staff who were involved in difficulties that affected them psychologically. Additionally, I was trained in duty of care assistance through core humanitarian standards.
